As Director of Operations, Ashley oversees all aspects of GCS Geospatial business operations and employee relations. She has played a pivotal role in shaping and implementing corporate policy, processes, procedures, and workflows. By collaborating closely with Stephen and John on industry best practices, applying her attention to detail, and keeping an eye toward the future, Ashley has GCS Geospatial postured for anything and everything to come.
To say Ashley has been at GCS from the beginning is an understatement. She was Stephen’s biggest cheerleader to start the company in 2013, seeing his passion for the geospatial community and emerging technology, coupled with his vision for a better way to do business as a professional ‘no brainer’. Eleven years later, GCS Geospatial is most definitely a family affair.
Ashley holds degrees from the University of Florida and the University of South Florida, and various certifications in leadership, business coaching, and organizational development.
In her leisure time, Ashley loves traveling, skiing, RVing, tennis, pickleball, and most importantly, spending time with her family and friends.
