Melissa brings over 33 years of experience in accounting, business management, and financial leadership to her role at GCS Geospatial. As a high-level executive, she oversees all financial aspects of the company — from financial planning and analysis to accounting operations, reporting and compliance. She will play a critical role in shaping key financial strategies and advising on matters that impact the business’s growth and stability.
Melissa is a proven leader with deep expertise in financial management, accounting principles, and financial reporting. She brings with her to GCS Geospatial, experience from BOOST, LLC, where she served as an Accounting Team Manager and certified QuickBooks specialist. There, she was instrumental in helping over 50 clients grow and thrive, often guiding them through the journey of expansion and, in some cases, successful acquisitions. Melissa played a key role in developing foundational processes that are still used at BOOST today. Her dedication to exceptional customer service and her commitment to helping others succeed serves as her mantra and contributed significantly to the company’s success.
Whether she’s developing strategic financial plans or creating processes that stand the test of time, her commitment to excellence and service shines through in everything she does. Outside of work, she enjoys spending precious time with family and loves to travel on her motorcycle visiting all 48 continuous states.
